One profile is the key to the whole network. Build it once through a short onboarding and it carries across every hiring team on Solana, so applying somewhere new never starts from zero.

The board lists open Solana roles paying up to $300k to $500k. But a job seeker also has to apply, track replies, and stay visible to founders, four jobs the old flow scattered across separate places.

The real design problem was scope. Profiles, jobs, applications, and messages are a lot of moving parts, and each one invites clutter. I kept them calm and obvious: one activity center holds every interview and message, and strong profiles get spotlighted to founders automatically.

In week one the portal drew 3,888 visitors and 14,573 views, with the marketing site as its biggest referrer. People log in and live in applications, profiles, and the board.
